A lot of people have this idea that we shouldn't feel certain emotions. They’re afraid to feel them because there’s a stigma that some emotions are "bad" while others are "good". But that's a part of the problem.
There's no need to label them or judge them, because feeling ALL emotions is a part of the human experience just like happiness and sadness. All your feelings are valid, don't let other people invalidate them. You are not weak because you feel, just like you are not strong for repressing or denying them. Whatever you're feeling now, just breathe and allow yourself to feel them. 💛 you are growing and evolving! spreading love and light to you all for the new week x
